Welcome to our services today. I pray that you will connect with a living God, connect with other believers and be challenged to connect with our world that needs Jesus Christ. Today we continue our Missions Convention and the theme is "Every Way."

I Corinthians 9:22 tells us — "I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some."

Please pray that God will grant us a special measure of His faith in our services today. Ask God to anoint the missionary, call people into full time missionary work and, finally, move upon all of our hearts as we pray about our faith promises that allow us to continue to support our missionaries around the world and even take on new ones. Our goal for this year is $150,000.00. I know this is a considerable challenge and that many people are experiencing an extra degree of anxiety due to the economic condition of our world today but as God’s people, we should not shrink back in fear but, instead, continue to move forward in faith to reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Next Sunday I will be sharing my heart for missions and we will receive faith promises for next year.

This morning we are blessed to have with us Rev. Judith Mensch, missionary to The Netherlands. Her ministry is to both children and adults around the world so today our children (ages 6-12) who usually attends "Kids for Christ" children’s church will attend the morning services with their parents.

This evening there is a Missions "Pot Luck" Dinner to be held in Fellowship Hall at 5:00 p.m. Also, the Providence Women’s Teen Challenge will be with us. They will share in music and will also give their powerful testimonies of what Jesus Christ has done in their lives. This will be a great night to invite people who want to see what Jesus Christ can do in a life of a person. I want to encourage you to bring someone to this service.
