Pastor Squibb will preach in both morning services on  "Signs of the Times". Sunday School classes for all ages are held at 9:45am. Click here for a full list of classes and locations. Pastor Ed Lambright will be preaching on "We Need Transformational Discipleship - Christ Between Sundays" in the evening service.

Also, today is One Day to Feed the World sponsored by Convoy of Hope. In the Sunday bulletin you will find written material regarding this program along with an envelope.  Would you partner with this ministry so that suffering people can be fed and hear the love of Jesus?

WMs Christmas Breakfast

  1. There is a Baby Dedication Service scheduled for Sunday, November 29 during the 10:30 a.m. service. Those parents who would like their child(ren) dedicated must attend a class which will be held during the Sunday School hour (9:30 a.m.) on November 22 in the sanctuary.
  2. The next Men's Breakfast will be held on Saturday, December 5 at 8:00 a.m. in fellowship hall. The cost is $6.00 per person and the menu is chef Dan's breakfast special - steak & eggs. The guest speaker is Pastor David Jackson. Those planning to attend should sign up and pay at the Welcome Center no later than Sunday, November 29. DCA SCRIP Program
Please consider SCRIP when making all your major and minor gift card purchases for area retailers. Just purchase your SCRIP cards in advance by completing an order form and dropping it off at the Welcome Center or at the DCA school office.

Orders are placed on Mondays. Order dates before Christmas are 11/30, 12/7 and 12/14.

SCRIP order forms can be picked up at the Welcome Center or downloaded at www.dayspring.org. There are no fees or extra charges for taking advantage of this gift card program. For more information stop by the Welcome Center or contact the DCA school office at 508-761-5552.

Lighthouse 50+ Christmas Celebration
December 15 we will have a Christmas dinner following the regular prayer meeting. Roast Poultry and Ham will be provided however you are asked to bring a Christmas dinner item to share. Immediately following (about 3:00 pm) the bus will leave for Springfield for the Bright Nights Riding Tour. Seating is limited to the first 25 who sign up so don't miss out. The cost is $7.50 which includes admission and transportation. The 'in-flight' move will be "It's a Wonderful Life". Return time: 8:00 pm. Christmas Memorial Garden

Poinsettias in memory of loved ones will adorn our Sanctuary on Sunday, December 20. Each poinsettia costs $15.00 with all proceeds going to benefit the Mpact ministry for girls. Look for the order form in this week's Sunday Bulletin or you may obtain one at the Welcome Center.

Christmas Trees
The Royal Rangers are once again taking orders for beautiful 5' - 9' Fraser fir trees. All proceeds will go to this ministry for boys. Look for the order form in this week's Sunday Bulletin or you may pick one up at the Welcome Center.
Garments of Love
Winter is upon us and Garments of Love is in need of warm bedding such as quilts, blankets, sheets, etc. Also needed are winter coats especially for children. If you have any questions, please contact Elaine Isaiah or Maddie Boirard.
2010 Ladies Missions Trip
There are still openings for the 2010 Ladies' Missions Trip to Holland scheduled for May 27 - June 7. Informational packets are available on the missions table in the church foyer. For those who may have questions, please contact Cheryl Eaton at cherylcbd@verizon.net .
Sister Circle Book Club

For more about our book club as well as some information about this month's author and selection, visit our web page. All ladies are welcome. We want to see our little circle grow!
Ministry Opportunities

Men's Ministries Coordinator
We are looking for someone to lead all the activities for the men of the church.

Married Couples
There is an opening for a married couple to coordinate activities for this vital group. For further information, please email Pastor Squibb at pastorsquibb@gmail.com.

Multi-media
We are looking for volunteers to serve in the Multi-media Ministry of the church (sound, computer, video). Please see Pastor Zac, Mike Milton or Scott Morse for more details.

Security
We are in need of a few more people to serve on our Security Team. Volunteers serving in this ministry will watch out for our children and youth during services as well as patrol the parking lot and grounds.
